Ladysmith Downtown Business Association
Ladysmith is located on the eastern shores of beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia. With a population of over 8,000, it has a thriving downtown business community centered around historic First Avenue.
The LDBA actively works to cultivate an environment of economic and cultural vibrancy in the Ladysmith downtown core. The meeting schedule is:
- Executive/Marketing Committee: 1st Thursday of every month
- General Membership: 3rd Thursday of every month

The key to a successful seminar presentation is preparation. In our recent Ladysmith business seminar on Social Media, we spent a lot of time preparing to make as big an impact as possible.
There is nothing worse than turning up to a location and finding that you have forgotten a key piece of equipment or that there is no internet access when you need it. Your attendees have given up their valuable time and expect to see a professional and slick presentation. Or at least what you promised.
We have come up with a great checklist that should help you avoid any pitfalls and make your presentation go as smoothly as possible. People remember a great seminar but never forget a bad one.
