About Us

Since incorporation in 1992, the Association has addressed health issues relevant to the well being of the community. Currently the Association is involved with 38 community groups and service providers, which all operate on the principles of providing needed service and or information in order to work towards making Ladysmith a healthier community. The Association itself operates over 35 programs as well that assist people from all walks of life – pre-birth to seniors.

The Ladysmith Resources Centre Association is a community based not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing easy, friendly, non-judgmental and non-intrusive services for all those who live within the community of Ladysmith and the surrounding area – population approximately 28,000.  The mission statement that formed the guiding principals of the Association was formulated in 1992 and still holds true today.
