Olympic Viewing Event

Posted on Monday, February 15th, 2010

Ladysmith Downtown Business Association (LDBA) will be co-hosting a “Show Your Spirit, Ladysmith” Olympic Viewing Event in partnership with the Ladysmith Air Cadets at Aggie Hall on Sunday Feb.28 from 12-4pm. This is the last day of the Olympics and is also the time slot for the “Gold Medal” Men’s Ice Hockey game followed by the Olympic Closing Ceremonies.

We invite all members and the Ladysmith community to “Show Your Spirit.” Jump in, jump up and enjoy this great event on the big screen.

The concession will be open. Enjoy a hot dog or a bowl of chili and many other treats; all funds raised go to  your local Air Cadets.

There will be a play area for the little ones.

Also, don’t forget to enter your name for the fantastic family oriented door prize.

For Members

We will have 12 tables available, at no charge for LBDA members who wish to showcase their business. Tables are available on a first come first serve basis. We are also looking for volunteers to work the LBDA table on 1 hour shifts. During your shift you are also welcome to showcase your own business alongside any LBDA material.
