Established by Douglas B. Robson and David P. O’Connor, the law firm has been in business since 1987, serving the legal needs of Ladysmith and the Cowichan Valley.

Paul Nettleton joined the team in 2009 and became a partner at the beginning of 2010. Martin Sanderson joined the team in 2017 and became a partner in 2021.
