We are running a pilot project, hiring security downtown to help keep our community and businesses safe. Starting on August 1st until September 30th every Friday/Saturday am/pm there will be a security patrol on First Avenue.

What we ask of the businesses is for any and all feedback. Our hope and plan is that this has a positive effect and we can take this to the Town of Ladysmith to see how this could be incorporated long term.
